Black River Park has a security system compliant with international standards of safety and security.Â
Boundary walls are electrically fenced and the entire complex is monitored by sophisticated 24-hour surveillance cameras. Entry to the park is controlled by boom gates and the security office and access to buildings is gained through individual access discs for employees and an intercom for visitors.Â
The centralized control room is manned 24 hours by a highly trained team of security officials. The control room is in radio contact with the security officials who patrol on foot and on bicycle.
Tenants have the option of linking their security alarm system to the security control room which will notify the security guards of an alarm being activated.
